The Intimate I do’s

Package Inclusions:

• A non-obligatory phone or video call to get to know each other.

• One in-person or online meeting, plus unlimited correspondence (whether at a park, over coffee, or a glass of bubbles) to complete all official legal documents.

• Up to 40 guests to attend.

• 10-15 minute personalised ceremony (Option to include your own written vows).

• Access to my ‘Designing Your Dream ceremony’ Guide.

• Professionally printed vows to cherish and access to my beautiful Vows folders to hold and read from during the ceremony

• Access to my comprehensive rehearsal guide.

• A personalised presentation marriage certificate on the day.

• Flexible Ceremony Location: Choose any location that suits you—whether it’s your home, the beach, a restaurant, cafe, park, or any venue of your choice. I will coordinate all the details to make it official.

• Use of the best of the best Sennheiser Microphone and Bose S1 Pro PA system works for up to 350 guests! Back-up corded mic too (AKG D5) (also available for music during the ceremony).

• Supply, completion, and lodgement of all legal marriage documentation including Notice of Intended Marriage, Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage and Marriage Certificates. 

• Name change information if you wish to update your name to be sent after your wedding. 

• Option to apply for a legal marriage certificate on your behalf (additional $100 fee).

• Travel included for venues within 60km of Melbourne CBD (additional travel fees may apply outside this radius).
